Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, it gained 1.05% to hit a new 3-month high.

The best performers of the session were BANK ALBILAD (TADAWUL: ), which rose 5.18% or 2.20 points to trade at 44.65 at the close. Meantime, Leejam Sports SJSC ( TADAWUL: ) added 4.49% or 8.80 points to end at 204.80 and Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC ( TADAWUL: ) was up 3.33% or 3.00 points to 93.00 in late trade shops.

The worst performers of session were Sinad Holding Co (TADAWUL: ), which declined 1.54% or 0.20 points to trade at 12.78 at the close. Raydan Co. (TADAWUL:) was down 1.50% or 0.40 points to end at 26:30 and AL-BABTAIN POWER & TELECOM CO (TADAWUL:) was down 1.28% or 0.35 points to 27:00.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 170 to 103, with 28 ending unchanged.

Shares of Leejam Sports Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all-time highs; up 4.49% or 8.80 to 204.80. Shares of Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all-time highs; up 3.33% or 3.00 to 93.00.

Crude oil for February delivery fell 0.54% or 0.40 to $73.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for March delivery was down 0.26%, or 0.21, at $78.80 a barrel, while the February gold futures contract was up 0.64%, or 13.20, to trade at 2 064.50 USD per troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.01% at 4.13, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.

US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.12% to 101.36.
